Hey Boss, Ze Plane!

While the fiscal cliff was the topic du jour, I choose to avoid the market and focus upon the sheer granite cliffs of Yosemite National Park. If there is a place in this world designed for reflection and introspection coming into a new year, surely this is one of a handful of places to be. Watching as dusk transitioned across the face of Half Dome allowing the first glimmering light of a far off planet through the bruise colored sky which radiated warmth on a snow filled evening was mesmerizing. When all else is stripped away there isn't much remaining but this moment.
