One of the keys to getting an edge in the market is knowing what is working and when. Recently I've decided to keep a graph of the number of stocks from
BarCharts that are hitting all time highs and tracking this for trade for confirmation when the market is conducive to trading them. Over time my sample size will improve and return more accurate results, but empirically the number of all-time highs coupled with the large number of stocks making fresh 52-Week highs suggest the time for taking advantage of these stocks is now.
